Accommodates 4 with a queen bed and 2 single beds. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed. No elevator.

Surfside By the Sea I is located 3.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Surfside Beach. Situated across the street from the beach, this three-story complex offers affordability. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor pool (open Easter/April 1 to October 31) and grilling area. Grab your beach gear and take a short walk to watch a sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean, look for seashells, or go for a swim in the surf! There is no elevator at Surfside By the Sea I. Two parking permits are issued per condo unit. Motorcycles and trailers are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
