Decent location, property is not greatly kept up with.
Overall, the stay was fine but the house has a bunch of tiny issues "visually" that leaves you to wonder if you'll be blamed for anything. The bathrooms "all except master" need fixes, updating, paint, and various drywall work around plumbing. The kitchen regrigerator has dents all over it, again, we didnt care but you never know when youll get blamed for something. The pool is not heated and water is a chilly 70 to 80 which is our fault for not checking. The listing didnt say "not heated.. but it also didnt say heated".. be aware of that. The area is great, tons to do but with that comes a ton of noise. Lots of construction that starts very early, we are talking 4am early. Garbage trucks at 4am as well. We will likely pick a different spot next time "more secluded". Some bedrooms have curtains.. some dont so if your sensitive to light, stay away. You can hear everything including neighbors fighting on multiple occasions so if you expect privacy or "quietness" you wont get that here. We asked mgmt what the wifi code was and they never responded but we did find the code after the fact so not sure how responsive they are. The mgmt offered a golf cart at a daily price but come to find out the cart was illegal and they did not have any SC stickers on it. We were pulled over once for not having stickers and parking is difficult without the stickers since you cant really register without it. They are supposed to discount us for the non-use but I havent heard anything.
