Welcome to ‘Liquid Asset’! This 5-bedroom, 5.5 bathroom professionally decorated home is a short walk from the beautiful Surfside Beach. Large open kitchen/dining/living area layout with tile flooring allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. Exterior amenities include covered porches, a private pool with fenced in pool area, and ample parking for five vehicles.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sofa beds). In each bath you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap, and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Great vacation home

We really liked this home. The pool was great, and it is less than a block to the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. There were pool toys and beach gear in the downstairs closet (and another refrigerator!). Now the downside: The internet was spotty and the cable tv had no sound. We couldn’t figure out why. The streaming channels had sound, but was reliant on the connection to the internet which was constantly disconnecting and wouldn’t reconnect which made television unwatchable. Seems like a small issue but I’d choose another home over this one because of it. Which is unfortunate because the home and other amenities are fantastic!
