We loved being oceanfront. The staff was all so nice. The rooms were clean and came with full size Dove products in the shower and by the sink. We will definitely be back.
Access to.the beach and pool. I like how it was Dove products in the bathroom. The door on the room seems old, also on the balcony it seems a little rundown.

Staff was very attentive and accommodating. The hotel itself was extremely dirty and outdated. The tub was missing pieces, stains on carpet, lamp shades, chairs and sheets. I found hair on the bath towels and shower curtain. The ceiling and wall was starting to separate which looked like it had mold in between. The lock on the door was super glued to the door. The reviews online were good, not sure where they got them from. I will never stay there again, nor will I stay at another holiday inn. I paid for 2 nights but couldn’t even handle staying another day. Fortunately Scott was able to give me a refund.
Mixed feelings here. First impressions of the exterior entrance were of a dumpy run down hotel that looks nothing like the photos. Inside, the lobby is recently remodeled and nice but there was a wedding DC so loud it was difficult to hear the check-in person. At this time masks are not required for vaccinated people.Some staff wore masks, some did not, (fine) but most who did wore them incorrectly. There are signs advertising the hotel’s commitment to cleanliness but our room had only been cleaned in the most superficial way. Clean sheets, clean towels, high touch surfaces wiped. But it had not been swept or vacuumed, there was hair goop in the drain, chipped furniture, torn carpet and scuffed walls. Front desk was not apologetic and only offered a “deep clean” the following day. All we got then were more fresh towels. The view of the ocean was perfect but if you want to turn off the loud clunky AC unit and get fresh ocean air you must sacrifice safety since the balconies are only separated by a short railing and the door lock is only engaged when fully closed. There is no window. On our second night there was cigarette smoke wafting in from one neighbor balcony and a loud drunken argument from the other. Happily we got free sit down breakfast (juice is not included) but the waffles had so much raw sugar it was actually crunchy. I complained to my friendly waitress who only laughed “I know”. We did enjoy the clean pool and location. Over all - not worth $350 per night.

An elevator has been out for weeks now, and the wait for the one that is working was the real spoiler to our stay. Also, 5 hi intensity lights in the parking lot, flashed on and off all night long.... very irritating.
I like it was a new looking, clean, family vibe. Being right on the beach was great but the pool and hot tub were nice too.
For the price and beach location, you can't beat this hotel. The hot tub was not functional during much of our stay, but that wasn't a big deal to us. We had a "city view" room, and it was very small. But picking that room allowed us to have a hotel steps from the beach. Totally worth it!
Cold shower in my room, its all I can remember. Fifty characters is more than I wanted to say
