Worst crowne plaza I have stayed in . Room was basic , food microwaved Shower had no screen or ever did so water goes on floor. Car park cameras smashed Poor service at bar then charge for it .

Restaurant only had Asian menu and although I ate on my first night, I was charged more than the menu price after I checked my bill. I stayed 3 nights and after working 13 hrs each day, the cleaners were still attempting to clean my room at 6pm when I arrived back, other than an exchange of towels on last night, the room had not been cleaned for my whole duration. Two nights on trot my room key pass didn’t work. Car park is so far away in an unlikely and unsafe area I would not stay here again.

I did not have a balcony in my room. Overall my stay was not that great. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. I stay quite regularly at many Crowne Plazas, and this one was lacking considerably. From the poor reception behaviour when I arrived, food at breakfast was not to the same level as others in the group. Common areas were dirty. Lifts not working. Overall poor this would be more like a 2 or 3 star.

Works well - good hotel

Nothing to complain about. Works well ... smooth check in and check out. Car parking no problem. Hotel generally in reasonable condition and clean. Room comfortable and clean - good powerful shower. Buffet breakfast good.

Great overnight stay

Great service from John on reception. Room was clean and modern for a standard room. Tv included ability to cast from phone which was ideal. Lovely overnight stay. Will definitely stay again. Some cons, AC could circulate room a little better Link to restaurant menu didn’t take me to correct site so couldn’t view menu from room.

Wonderful, Friendly Hotel!

Lovely hotel. Newly furnished and the staff were amazing. Very friendly team who couldn’t do enough for you. If you asked for it, you got it. Extras at breakfast, no problem. I will deffo stay here again when next visiting the area. Tip:- drop luggage off at hotel reception before parking car at the rear.
