Nous avions réservé une chambre à Suraj inn plusieurs mois à l'avance. A proximité de la date du voyage, nous avons eu un imprévu et ne pouvions arriver que 2 jours plus tard. Nous avons demandé à conserver la réservation telle quelle... après plusieurs péripéties pour joindre le service clients, celui ci nous informe que dans tous les cas pour eux notre réservation n'est pas confirmée (les mails de confirmation Hotels.com ne sont pas considérés comme valides). Apparemment, pour cet hôtel, après avoir réservé sur hotels.com, il faut les appeler !! Dans ce cas, quel intérêt de réserver en ligne...? A quelques jours de notre séjour, nous nous retrouvions sans hébergement confirmé. Suraj inn nous indique que dans cette situation, ils souhaitent nous "aider", en nous donnant une chambre supérieure, dont le tarif est plus élevé. Bref, notre réservation initiale n'a été respectée, le service clients Hotels.com est absent malgré toutes les preuves envoyées. Nous avons résidé à l'hôtel, dont la propreté et l'agencement de la chambre sont à revoir : support pour insérer la clé se trouve au fond de la chambre et non à proximité de la porte.. l'eau chaude n'est pas accessible à tout moment, il faut appeler la réception pour qu'ils l'allument! bref, nous avons l'habitude de réserver en ligne, ce cas de figure était une première. Déçus de la tournure qu'à pris notre simple réservation en ligne, et de l'absence totale de support du service clients Hotels.com.
