Take a dip in the pool, catch some rays on the beach & relax with a frozen beverage while enjoying a peaceful evening rocking in a rocking chair as you watch the sun go down. That is what beach living is all about! Nearly all aspects of the home, with a few exceptions, are continuing to being improved. Private heated swimming pool (12X25) with all new decking around it, and around the home with new porches, decks and a walkway to the beach. New bedding. Other amenities include: 3 HD Extended Cable TVs, Netflix, 3 Blu-ray players, 50MB WiFi, fabulous family-friendly outdoor living space with a large covered oceanside porch and sundeck, lots of deck and pool furniture with loungers, rockers, chairs and table as well as a picnic table and a hammock by the pool, boardwalk shower, large enclosed outside shower w/H&C water, and a gas grill. Pool heat may be added for an additional fee October - Easter.
