Conveniently located near restaurants and the off-island bridge, this inviting villa is ideally situated on East Beach and is known for offering some of the best views in the area.

Perfect for two couples or a family of four, this well-appointed condo provides all the comforts of home in a happy, laid-back atmosphere. Step out onto your private oceanside balcony to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or take advantage of the private walkway for easy access to the beach just steps away.

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals only. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts.

Outdoor grilling is not permitted.

Perfect beach trip.

This was our first visit to Holden Beach but it will not be our last. We had a wonderful time just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of the ocean. I would highly recommend this property. The accommodations are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The view from the deck is lovely and was perfect when we didn’t want to go down to the beach.

Nice place Right on the beach

All and all this pics was great. So close to the beach and great location. There was a miscommunication about linens and we didn’t have sheets the first night but the property management company fixed promptly the next day. Would definitely go again!
