The inverted floor plan with it's open kitchen, dining and living room areas provide the perfect place for relaxing & gathering together. The kitchen is bountifully stocked and has plenty room for all the chefs in your family. The ocean view deck off the second level invites you sit in a rocker and read a good book, watch the Pelican's scout the coastline or enjoy the ocean breezes & the sound of rolling waves. Enjoy a memorable meal inside or out on one of the porches, around the pool or at the picnic table. Great family vacation house.
First time in Holden Beach for our family vacation.Did not disappoint. The house and pool were amazing. Great views of the beach with private acess just a few steps away

Such a lovely home!
There is so much to love about this beautiful home! My husband and I recently spent a week at this private East-end property with our children and my parents. The inverted floor plan was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for all. The backyard and pool was enjoyed thoroughly by all, all week long. We enjoyed both of the large front porches (with ocean views), as well as the convenient private beach access, located steps away from the front of the property. This is a beautiful, clean, and well stocked home. We look forward to returning!
