This home was recently renovated to bring the forest inside every room. While it retains its historic 1909 character with original hardwood floors and arched doorways, the design is filled with unique, modern surprises. You'll discover delightful features like wall murals, a solid quartz kitchen countertop that glows softly, and bathroom faucets that light up and change color with the water's temperature. One bathroom even features a unique vessel sink sitting atop a locally-sourced tree trunk!

Security Cameras: For your safety, an exterior security camera is located at the back entrance of the property. There is also a camera on the garage door opener. There are no cameras inside the home.

Noise Monitoring: To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, the home is equipped with a noise decibel monitoring device. This device only measures sound levels and does not record any conversations or private audio.
