Tripcony Quays Apartment - Unit 1

Tripcony Quays is located on the corner of Maloja Avenue and Tripcony Lane Caloundra. We are located directly beside the Pumistone Passage waterway. Apartment 1 is located on level 1, at the pool end of the complex with 2 bedrooms, 1 x bathroom and separate toilet. The apartment is fully self contained with laundry, full kitchen, dining and lounge areas p;us balcony area that overlooks the gardens and pool.
Bedroom 1 has 1 x Queen Bed and Bedroom 2 has 2 x Single Beds. Perfect for a family get away to Caloundra. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches.
The apartment is accessed via carpeted stairs and each apartment has a single lock up garage with an opening height of 1.9m.
The complex has an inground, salt water, heated pool and 2 bbq areas. We also have our own jetty for the fishing enthusiasts.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a balcony and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
