You will love the coastal, beachy decor and modern kitchen in Unit 508. From your balcony with 6 seater outdoor setting and 2 sunlounges, enjoy watching the passing parade of ships, boats and kite surfers. Swim, fish, paddle board and kayak at the beach directly opposite.



The Resort offers a lift, undercover secure parking, gym, sauna and a 22 metre heated pool with separate wading pool and heated spa.



Located only a short walking distance from Golden Beach Village which boasts some excellent restaurants, cafes, takeaways, a medical centre, Spar supermarket and bottle shop and just a short stroll on the boardwalk to the popular Power Boat Club. The resort’s own award-winning restaurant on site has a relaxed ambience overlooking the water.



This 5th floor unit has comfortable modern furnishings, insect screens, ceiling fans throughout, air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom, DVD player, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.



The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and will accommodate 4 guests in a Queen and 2 single beds. There is a Smart TV with Netflix in the living area. Wifi Available.



The spacious master bedroom overlooks the ocean with ensuite and has a wall mounted smart TV with Netflix. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a balcony with views of the Glasshouse Mountains.



The Moorings Resort offers peace and quiet in a tranquil setting yet is still close to all the action. The town centre of Caloundra is only a 5 minute drive away. A very pleasant walk along the coastal pathway leads you to the other beaches including the surf at Kings Beach.

Linen

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
