Key Collection:

After-hours arrivals are available via a secure lockbox at the arcade-side entrance to our office. Guests arriving outside office hours or on The Weekend will receive their lockbox access code on the day of arrival (Saturday for Sunday arrivals).



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Unit 401 Seabourn apartment.

Parking:

A tandem lock-up garage is provided for your convenience.

Please take note of the following important information for your stay:



Key Collection:

After-hours key collection is handled via a lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office.

If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lockbox code on the day of your arrival.

For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to provide a seamless and private stay. While we won't be present during your stay, we are always available via phone or message to answer any questions, provide recommendations, or assist with any needs that may arise. We respect your privacy but are here to help make your visit enjoyable.
