IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE RESORT POOL
We are excited to share that The Sebel Maroochydore will be undergoing a pool refurbishment from 18th November, with completion anticipated in May 2025. The refurbishment will include comprehensive upgrades to the main pool area, including tile replacement and improvements to surrounding amenities therefor during this period, our main pool area will be closed. Works will take place Monday – Friday from 07.00am to 04.00pm and there may be some construction noise during the day.

Strictly no schoolies or parties.

fantastic location, modern property with great views

Very nice property, in a great spot. The apartment had a wonderful view, was modern and as described in the ad. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment was in no way up to standard. The bathroom had previous occupants hairs in the shower and around the toilet, the kitchen cupboards were greasy, all the light fixtures were filthy with a couple of globes not working. All the air conditioning vents and the A/C unit filter in the cupboard (where the brooms were stored) was caked with grease and dirt. Other than the cleanliness the apartment was as described. We notified the managing agent about our concerns with cleanliness via the feedback form, but we have not heard anything further.

There is a few places throughout the unit that have dust build up, like the fire extinguishing water spouts in the roof.
