What a lovely place, rooms are new & fresh, only problem is they are a long way from car park & reception, long way when you have a lot of luggage , car park is convenient, staff are friendly, lovely location

Great location but road noise at night was a bit of a pain.units clean and well fitted...back units would be a future preference!..walking distance to Hastings St and Laguna Bay ( 10 mins down,15 mins up 😀) great sunsets

Bit of an unusual setup for a motel with rooms on various levels. - I'm not complaining. Room was clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. Noosa Heads central is about 1km away however walk to the end of the block and there is a nearby shopping centre and many restaurants as the motel doessn't have dining options.

Stayed in the room with 1 Queen + 1 Single bed. Room had balcony and lots of space. Walking distance to hastings street - despite being the only Asians visiting walking in Noosa feels very safe. Bathroom amenities clean. Parking is also a plus as it is very hard to find a parking spot in hastings street. Did not have any issues with noise, probably because we had to walk a fair amount of stairs to our room.

After what felt like a million flights of stairs, we finally opened the door to our room (#22). It smelled quite funky, I guess the room must have been closed up for a while. They didn't let us move to a different room, but they changed the filter in the aircon unit. I don't know how this would help since the aircon wasn't even turned on when we arrived. We basically spent our whole stay with the door open to air it out. The most unforgivable thing for me was the fact that we could hear everything from the adjoining room because the door separating the rooms might as well have been paper. One night we were woken up at 1:30am and couldn't fall back asleep until nearly 4am. Our neighbours were just having a normal conversation and were listening to music on their phone, but we could hear it all as if they were in the bed with us. Since reception is only there until 6pm, we had to call security (twice) to get our neighbours to quiet down. Not much they could do about it because our neighbours weren't having a party or doing anything wrong. The next day, we basically got a simple "sorry about that". Most people go to Noosa to relax, so they should really invest in a better door or do something about the sound situation. The motel isn't conveniently located for the beach. It is walking distance, but the hills (and all the staircases to get to and from the room) make it a royal pain to get to the beach. On the plus side, there is an amazing coffee shop next door. Other things that were annoying: the bathroom sink tap needed a repair, it sprayed water in every direction every time I tried to use it. The exact same dark green liquid was used as hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. A dead gecko was on the stairs leading to our room for days, surrounded by ants devouring it to the bone. The "do not disturb" sign is built into the door, unfortunately ours was broken. And I'll close it off with some positives. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the balcony had a cute little table and chairs. We had our breakfast there every morning and some of our dinners too. Aside from the smell, the room was tidy. It's not a bad motel for a couple of nights max, but anything longer I'd stay away.

Lovely place to stay, large rooms, large clean bathrooms, modern and spotlessly clean. A little odd layout, but it is on the side of a steep hill...no problem. Typically funny little inefficient hair dryers...found the world over, so no issue. Odd that the rubbish bin enclosure is the view directly beneath the balcony...and power lines....but part of the Noosa river (?) is visible in the distance. Was hesitant about the fact that the "#1 party bar in Noosa" was directly opposite, I thought the backpacker place would be far noisier than it was....but it was not, again, not a problem. As with everything in Australia, it is not particularly cheap, but take in it's location and amenity, and it is just fine!....you'll need a car to explore Noosaville and Tewantin....but you'd need that anywhere you stay.. My first time in Noosa for 20 years, despite living just 3 hours away, I've been in New York City more times than Noosa!, but it is a lovely little area, the shops etc are well over priced, and way too much for a relaxed coastal town, but it is far far more lovely than Byron Bay!... I was very impressed with the motel.....Peter was a delight to deal with and housekeeping were friendly and courteous. Living in the age of 'Uber' meant that a $6 fare back to the motel after a few drinks in town was most reaasonable. Noosa Junction is but a very short walk away and with an IGA supermarket, and bottle shop, all provisions are taken care of!...lazy afternoons on the balcaony with a bottle of wine and dips! ... Perfect! For the price, I would not hesitate to recommend this motel for a second!...a truly lovely stay!! :)

I was locked out on balcony due to faulty door from 10pm to nearly 1pm. When I rang the front desk I received a message "for after hours help call the number in the front window." Eventually I contacted a lovely uber driver in the area who kindly went to reception and got help. When the manager came he was rude and accused me of locking myself out but there was no lock on the outside. I followed up with the hotel and I was abused by the staff who claimed there was nothing wrong with the door. When I persevered they accused me of lying and harassment. Save yourself the horrible experience thanks Steve and Rebecca

Extremely large room with huge bathroom. Extra comfortable king size bed lovely spa bath. Quality linen and toiletries. Short walk to Hastings street. Great places to eat very close. Peter the manager was friendly and helpful. We'll run establishment. Great place to stay very modern architecture. Very nice so much to do in close proximity. Highly recommended

Twin share room spacious (apparently all rooms are spacious) i requested over the pool i got room 18 loved it. If it was on Road side im not sure if i still would of liked it as it was nice to have palms and pool outside out window. Comfy bed, big bathroom. Close to everything!

This is a great value motel. Big rooms, comfortable bed, great pool (that isn't too packed like a lot of other hotels). A nice 10 minute walk from Hastings St, next door to the excellent Bean Drop cafe and a couple of mins from Noosa Junction. Can't go wrong at this price.
