Designed for relaxed coastal living, Mudjimba Beachfront Villa features multiple living areas, air-conditioning, WiFi and Smart TVs throughout. Beach gear including boogie boards, chairs, an umbrella and esky is provided, making it easy to step straight into holiday mode.



Upstairs offers a private parents’ retreat complete with air-conditioning, heating, a desk and a balcony where you can enjoy ocean breezes and the sound of the waves. Also on this level is a second bedroom with three single beds, along with a bathroom featuring a separate shower and bath. Downstairs includes two additional queen bedrooms, one opening onto a shaded courtyard, along with a second living/media room and additional climate control.



The main living area opens onto a front patio and garden and includes a TV, books, games and a DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen with servery connects seamlessly to the covered outdoor BBQ area, ideal for easy entertaining. A second lounge area downstairs includes a sofa bed for added flexibility.
