Canal front home on 2 levels, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 lounge areas.
Very close to the beach and has easy access to everything on foot and with car.
Spacious house with different zones, air conditioning, WiFi, and an extremely large outdoor area with a well-sized pool, a gazebo complete with fan and BBQ, and plenty of grass and boat ramp.
Downstairs has 1 bedroom with Queen Bed and air conditioning, bathroom, kitchen, dining and lounge. Upstairs has a Queen bed with ensuite including a spa bath and 4 singles.Accommodates up to 8 guests.
Upstairs has ducted air conditioning, a large living area including dining, and a 3rd bathroom. There are ceiling fans throughout. Virtuo coffee machine.
Indoor table tennis for guests enjoyment
Side driveway access to the canal for canal boats or water toys. 2 Kayaks are available onsite for use during your stay.
This property can garage 2 vehicles. Driveway parking for 2 cars also

Great property
Beautiful home, well appointed, very clean. Pool and canoes for kids, boat ramp, fishing off the back yard close to beach and shops. Everything you need for a get away. Very helpful and friendly staff, will definitely go back again.
