Wake up to breathtaking views over the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island and the Glass House Mountains in Unit 508 Monaco. The Monaco complex is located just one street back from the Esplanade and is only a 250 metre stroll to the patrolled area of Bulcock Beach.
Monaco is the ideal spot for a holiday in Caloundra - you can walk everywhere. Ortranto Avenue runs directly off of the main street of town where there is plenty to see and do - lots of dining options, shopping, Sunday markets and more. The patrolled Bulcock Beach is a quick and easy walk or you can take the coastal pathway around to Kings or Golden Beach.

Location and views are great but cleanliness of apartment was well below standard. The apartment also requires some maintenance and a spruce up. It was disappoiting to find out no wifi was available. We're in 2025 and that should be a standard inclusion so this apartment is well and truly behind the times.

Good unit but poor amenities
There for a week but had to get our own toilet paper, bin bags, shampoo etc, dishwashing liquid. Electronic building access security devices with flat batteries, light & fan in toilet did not work, bedroom tv had no signal.

Nice apartment and beautiful views.
Some dishwasher liquid, coffee/tea and a good empty of the vacuum cleaner would have been nice in and otherwise lovely apartment with stunning views. So nice to have a bath too. This unit is right above where the night markets are held and are right in the middle between the shops, restaurant area and beach. 3 lifts and beautiful pool and hot spa. Great place to stay.

Excellent location, great views of Bribie Island and Passage.
The property is conveniently located in the centre of Caloundra. Our car remained parked in its designated bay for the majority of our stay. We used our electric push bikes to get around mostly.
The views of the Bribie Island, the Passage and of the Glasshouse Mountains from the apartment were wonderful and breathtaking. With beautiful sunsets in the afternoon.
The bathroom we believe could benefit from a few hooks for clothing and ours didn’t provide free wi-fi, but apart from that, everything else was good.
When coming back to Caloundra, and if the apartment was available, we will definitely book Monaco again.
The staff up at the Caloundra Holiday Centre were very friendly and helpful.
I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment with glorious view
It was a beautifully-appointed apartment in a great position, close to shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, hotel and beach. We LOVED the 180 degree view of Bulcock Beach, Golden Beach and Bribie Island from the patio, lounge and bedroom.
