Quamby Place 21 Noosa Heads

Breathtaking views from this stunning split-level apartment, in the coveted location of Quamby Place. Whether it’s cool summer breezes or warm sub-tropical winter temperatures, life does not get much better than these views of white sandy beaches, the sparkling lagoon with its moored boats resting on the calm waters, and the Noosa River beyond. And then there are the glorious sunsets!

Leave the car in the secure garage, or question why you need it at all, when Noosa Main Beach is minutes away in one direction and Noosaville’s riverfront on Gympie Terrace is minutes away in the other.

Completely renovated to the highest standard with all new fixtures, appliances and coastal chic decor, the apartment opens onto a covered balcony with stunning views of trees, beach, lagoon and river. It is perfect for long lunches, an alternative to the nearby nationally recognised restaurants, or casual sundowners with friends.

On the top level, the main bedroom suite is your own private parents’ retreat, with a king bed, a desk with a wall-mounted TV, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. It opens onto an enormous balcony with exquisite water views and unique panoramic vistas across Quamby Place to the iconic Cooroy Mountain. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a mirrored built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom, with two single beds, is on the first split level. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet just outside, and the laundry cupboard in the hallway holds a washer and dryer.

The living area, main bedroom and second bedroom are air-conditioned, and there are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.

On the northerly side of the resort are two recently renovated heated swimming pools, a spa, sun terraces, a barbecue area and gardens, as well as the resort pontoon, a tennis court and views out across the river to the Noosa Spit.

Just across the road from the apartment is Quamby Place’s quiet village enclave of cafes, a bottle shop, a general store, a stop for the Noosa Ferry, and the famous world-class Ricky’s restaurant.

All of our properties include an amenities welcome pack to get you started on your holiday, with coffee, tea, sugar, milk, toilet paper and bathroom amenities. Additional supplies can be purchased to replenish these throughout your stay.
