We liked it enough to return, but it's not your typical beach condo. It is an easy 200 yard walk to the public beach access and pier. Beautiful white-sand beach. You only cross 1 street. The condo is on top of a retail store, so you are surrounded by asphalt and other commercial properties. There is a partial ocean view from the front porch, which is shared in common with the other 2 units.
