Berner Breezes is a lovely second row home on the East End of Sunset Beach. Enjoy the easy rhythm of island living in this beach home. A combination of wood and earthy tones throughout create a warm and inviting setting. This linen ready home has a well-stocked kitchen with all the pots/pans, dishes, etc. you could possibly need and includes both a Keurig (bring your favorite pods) and a traditional coffee maker. The home includes wi-fi with a large flat screen TV in the family room along with additional televisions in each of the bedrooms. Each TV has a streaming device so you can connect with your favorite apps. Enjoy the sun and sounds of the ocean from either the oversized screened porch or from the large sun deck on the second floor.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor that share a full bath. The second floor has two additional bedrooms as well as two full bathrooms. In addition, the large bonus room is currently utilized as a 5th bedroom. Linens will be provided for all.

Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 6 color TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Outside amenities include a charcoal grill, outside shower, fish cleaning station, sun deck and screened porch. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are also included.

Please note this home is Non-Smoking and Not Pet Friendly. While we understand the idea of a full family vacation, we ask that you leave Fido and Fluffy at home.

Super close beach access, which is top priority for our family! Very, very clean! Plenty of parking for all five of our cars and there was still room for a sixth. Berner Breezes was an amazing house. It’s beautiful and was the cleanest one we’ve ever rented. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s a quick easy walk to the beach w/only a few stairs. The owner was easy to reach and very responsive. It was a rare 5 bedroom house to accommodate our family! Highly recommend!

This property is a wonderful location. Lauren is a gracious host with great communication. Property is in perfect condition. Each year they continue to update and improve the property. We have stayed here almost every summer for 40 years. There are four bedrooms, and the loft has 2 twin beds and a door. I would highly recommend this rental property. KB
