Penthouse de cuatro habitaciones con excelentes vistas y comodidades de Elkhorn

Este condominio de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños en el ático tiene capacidad para 9 y tiene 2.800 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Esta unidad de dos niveles tiene una entrada en el tercer piso a la que se accede mediante un elevador desde el estacionamiento subterráneo. Hay una amplia cocina y comedor con capacidad para 6 con asientos adicionales para 2 en la barra de desayuno. El salón tiene una chimenea de gas y una gran terraza con excelentes vistas de las montañas circundantes. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 39 pulgadas y reproductor de DVD e internet inalámbrico. Hay un loft con un futón doble, una mesa de juego y estantes para libros que está abierto a la sala de estar a continuación. El condominio no tiene teléfono y no tiene aire acondicionado.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king, un televisor de pantalla plana de 28 pulgadas, una chimenea de gas y una puerta privada que conduce a la cubierta. It was easy to check in. The house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements. We enjoyed the big dining room table and sitting room. There were nine in our party and we never ran out of hot water for showers, even after a long, cold day if skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay!!

This condo was perfect for our party of 9 (4 adults 5 kids). East access to the local ski resorts. Very clean unit in a very nice complex with plenty of easy parking. Will stay again.

Fancy, quiet, and clean

This unit is in a shared building with a parking garage. Even though there are other units in the building, you'll never hear other people. The condo is very nice inside with huge ceilings, a highly functional kitchen, big table for games, and a master bath with a sauna a jacuzzi. This place is just all around great for the price and can VERY comfortably sleep 7 in beds without any bed-sharing. The hot tub is shared with the facility, but you'll still probably never see anybody else. Note that you do have to drive a few minutes to downhill skiing from this location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub was cold. House was great! Lost the key, they charged us 85.00 for letting us in. Tried to call and talk to them about the charge, terrible customer service. They didn’t care about the hot tub temperature they said it was someone’s responsibility and they didn’t care about the charge for the key even though we found it. Overall it was good but we were dissatisfied with the customer service, and the fee for the key because we paid over 1500 to stay here. Very disappointed the hot tub was cold, we chose this place because of the hot tub and sauna. It would’ve been a perfect stay if better customer service on handling the fee and did something to fix the situation with the hot tub. We paid a lot of money for this place and we did because we wanted the amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the open feel of this condo. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining are on one level. Very clean. Living room couches were very comfortable. Chief complaint: all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. There was no padding in the bedding to help. I think the mattresses are old. There was no ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. It would be nice if the TV access was updated.( living room TV is not a smart TV) The kitchen was large and had plenty of what we needed. A new toaster would be good, current one is "vintage"With the exception of the two things mentioned, it is a nice condo. The photos are accurate. The fireplaces were great. We enjoyed having gas ones, easy to use.

GREAT PLACE FOR 9-people to stay

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet all the time. We had a few small glitches, but maintenance can in under an hour and all were fixed. I’d stay there again with my family.

This condo was very spacious for family of five. It had all basic amenities . We all truly enjoyed the sauna . I do feel that the linens (example , blankets, quality of pillows) needs a refresh. And an addition of a small tv in loft would have made this perfect. That being said I would revisit this condo again.

Well-supplied kitchen!!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property manager was very responsive to all requests even during a holiday week and we were so pleased with the kitchen supplies! Overall everything worked well. Highly recommend.

Lovely, relaxed weekend stay

We had a great time staying at this property. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms were all great. Updated, spacious, and well stocked. The view from the balcony is very pretty. We also enjoyed that there is immediate access to the walking path that surrounds Ketchum. My only small criticism is that the bedrooms could use updating. The carpet and furnishings are a bit old, and one of the twin beds was unstable.

Very nice place.

The rental process was easy and accurately described the property and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues that management took care of rather quickly and made things right. I would highly recommend this place.
