This multi level 2 bedroom townhouse is a corner unit with easy access to the main lift area and just a short walk to the village centre. It features a full kitchen, 2 full baths, washer/dryer, TV/ DVD, complimentary Wireless Internet Access, gas fireplace, BBQ, private hot tub on the balcony and private garage for ski/bike storage as well as a standard car. There is one outside stall in front of the garage for larger vehicles.
The dining room table seats 6 people and the breakfast bar comes with 3 stools. It is 1200 sq.ft and can sleep a maximum of 6 people. This is a non-pet and non-smoking unit.

Overall the place had everything we needed, a little dated and think it’s time to put the Christmas decorations away but besides that all was good.

Needs a Reno and a good Clean

I would not recommend this property for the price you pay. It is run down with all its amenities it has to offer. There were chipped plates, chipped wine glasses, burned pots and pans. The sofa is very uncomfortable and dirty, the one pillow on the sofa was torn. My pillow on my bed was also torn and stuffing coming out of it. The kitchen tap had a small leak which was very annoying to listen to as it is right behind you when you are sitting on the sofa watching TV. Pulled the sofa out from the wall to view the TV better and it was filthy, never been moved to be cleaned before. I think you get the feel for this place. Would not recommend

Perfect get away

Was fantastic! Home away from home - two moms that just needed to get away and find somewhere special for their teens and pre adults to have some fun. It was definitely that. So close to the village and a quick zip to the chair lift. Everyone so nice in the complex and in village. We would definitely come back and rent condo again.

Great place for Sun Peaks

Our rental was very good. The unit was exactly as advertised - good quality, comfortable beds, and all sundries supplied as promised. We had only one minor issue, but it sounds like it would be common to all the units in this complex, given that friends staying in a similar unit in the same group had the same issue -- the bedrooms are generally much colder than the rest of the house. To keep the bedrooms warm at night, we had to leave all of the doors open to get circulation. Closing them would have very cold rooms in the morning. Having said that, everything else about the unit was terrific - garage had good space, the cookware was good, plenty of serviceware for eating, and the appliances all worked as they should. The furniture was comfortable, and the hot tub worked flawlessly. I would definitely recommend Timberline Village, and had a good experience with Bear Country property mgmt.

Perfect for families

Property was perfect for our family. Although we are not skiers or mountain bikers, the property was suited for us with ample space for all of us. We will return someday to enjoy this property and all Sun Peaks has to offer.

We found this location to be great in proximity to the village. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us to sleep and having the living room/kitchen and dining room with a washroom on the main floor was amazing! Everything was clean and it really felt like being at home. The only downside was the noise from the unit next door. The guests in that unit were quite loud but nothing we couldn't handle for a couple of nights.
