Room felt very generic bathroom floor was dirty. I was given a handicap room without knowing and had bath tub. I was right by the main lobby door and the door woke me up many times through the night when it slammed. People were stopping like crazy upstairs on and off all night. I was woke up at 4am so i decided to just leave and i didn't need to leave for my destination until 11am. Absolutley miserable! Also the closure over the window shown light in the room all night long.

Was really surprised to get a handicapped room and bed is literally almost on floor level. Must bring own pots pans cups etc if want to utilize kitchenette. 2 towels. Housekeeping knocked at 9 am to try to get us out before 11. Was clean, front desk girl was very sweet.

Customer service/check in was easy fast and simple. Customer service lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly. Love that it was very quiet and secure. You had to use your key card to access the elevator to get to your room. Overall everything was a10/10.

Pros- cooking ability with 2 stove caps, microwave and large refrigerator. Clean Cons- need new exterior bed covers and get rid of the old blankets. Offer pet free rooms for those with allergic problems. I never visited a property with mini kitchen but you have to purchase pots/pans or even silverware/dishware if you plan to cook.
