Nice and quiet.
Great location. Close enough to everything but far enough away to be quiet. Quick row into the bay. Nice evenings sitting on the back porch. Home well appointed and comfortable. Neighborhood clean and quiet.

B-Day break
Overall a very nice updated space. The location was perfect. Nice and quiet if that is what you are looking for. Little bit of a hiccup with check in. Name was not at gate, called and it was taken care of very quickly. Bed was comfortable, however, had a loose leg. Would reccomend a more sturdy frame. The kayaks were definitely a plus. Did find a bag of unused wipes behind one of the night stands while looking for a plug for my husbands cpap. Coffee on the patio with the water and breeze was peaceful. The bathroom was a bit tight for my husband. So if you are a big dude just take that into consideration. Also, the AC remotes are next to the TV remotes that was not specified. Big plus for me was everything in the kitchen was labeled so you knew where to find what you needed including the light switches. For the amount being charged for cleaning I really dont think you should be charged if you leave more than 2 loads of laundry. The washing machine only holds 4 large towels. I did 6 loads of laundy in 3 days on vacation. Not necessarily how you want to spend your time. Would definitely consider staying again due to location, attention to detail, kayaks and quick responses from host. But would alo need to weigh cons of extra fees.

Florida Keys home base
The property was convent for all our activities. Close to Bahia Honda State Park but also a pretty quick drive to Jey West. The pool was great . We didn’t get a chance to check out the hot tub as we were so busy. Everything was clean . Plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and nice having full refrigerator. The bathroom was a bit tight- ok but very small. The master bed was comfortable and my granddaughter was comfortable in the living area Murphy bed. The listing said there was a Murphy bed in the master bedroom as well but there wasn’t. My grandson was going to use it. He slept on the couch the first night as we arrived late and he was tired. We found an air mattress in the master closet that he used the remainder of the stay. It was ok- not a Murphy bed bed better than the couch. The only other thing that we didn’t like was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat. We talked to the management and they said that’s how it was- it was left at a set temperature and no changes could be made. It was fine during the day. Even on really hot days, we were cool and comfortable inside. Night time was another story. We literally were wrapped up in multiple blankets to stay warm.
The managers were friendly and easily assessable. The quickly resolved a lock and key issue - wasn’t anything major. Overall happy with everything. It is very convent for activities upper and lower keys which we took advantage of. Thanks for a great vacation stay!
