Please note that during your stay, the owner's boat will be stored on the lift and his vehicle will be parked under the house, but there's still plenty of room for you to park your vehicles and trailer.



The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. Small dog permitted with manager approval and nonrefundable fee. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($150). Pool heat is an additional $15 per day.



Guest Access:

Guests have the house to themselves.



The Neighborhood:

Cutthroat Harbor Estates, a residential neighborhood of mostly single-family homes, is on the ocean side of Cudjoe Key, an island 23 miles from Key West. The famous Square Grouper restaurant is nearby. There`s also a convenience store and two seafood markets on the island. The closest boat ramp is at Cudjoe Marina in the Cudjoe Gardens neighborhood nearby.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

A car is recommended. There is a city bus that runs from Key West to Marathon several times a day. The Lower Keys have limited taxi service and Uber/Lyft.
