Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront home with 250 foot dock, ramp, and basin for your boat. It's a must-see rustic outdoor environment and fishery experience, very typical in the Keys! The property lot is almost an acre with a work section and still very spacious. Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the dock and enjoy the underwater scenery!

We had a blast at the waterfront cozy cottage. The place was as advertised, with plenty of parking a wonderful dock and boat well. The check-in was organized and they personally met us at the house and were very welcoming. We would love to return one day.... hopefully soon.

Awesome vacation spot!

Our stay here was amazing. The cottage had everything we needed, the king bed was very comfortable and the views were spectacular. Be sure to go to Kiki's Sandbar for delicious seafood!

Walt is great! Location is fantastic and the quick walk to Kiki's is beneficial. Proximity to grocery stores is a plus. Ideal rental for a small family.

Awesome location!

Can’t beat the location! The property manager was great and easily accessible. The pier and dock where awesome for the kids to fish off of, it was nice to be able to leave the boat in the water, in a protected little cove.

Perfect cottage

This very clean cottage was everything we needed for a week in the beautiful keys! The looooooong dock was the perfect place to star gaze at night, and snorkel during the day! We enjoyed every minute, and will be back!

Anniversary Weekend for the 4th

The cottage was amazing. Had all the amenities for a serene stay in Little Torch Key. Plenty of parking and plenty of space to keep boat in the water. For quick trips out in between rain showers. Amazing views and great food at Kiki's.

Loved this house right on the water. It was small but perfect for our family of 3. We loved the covered area out by the water for grilling. Quiet island and neighborhood but the location near Bahia Honda, 7 mile bridge, curry hammock and other places was great!

Lovely cottage on Little Torch Key.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage on Little Torch Key. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was conveniently located near many of the things we wanted to do - snorkeling, hiking, swimming, and visiting Key West. The extra long dock was awesome. We would highly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to the lower Florida Keys.

Quiet neighborhood with pier access made it very enjoyable!

It was very comfortable for us (3 ladies) and we loved the waterfront location with a long pier. It was easy access to Key West and beautiful beaches. We had a 5 star experience at this cozy cabin. Be aware that it’s in a commercial fishing zone with a rocky shore in front but that didn’t bother us!

Great view/location

Loved the lower keys. Property managers, Walt and Beth, were extremely helpful and responsive. Great views from the house. Saw Dolphin, Manatee, rays and plenty of fish. Definitely would recommend and booked for a future stay
