The beautiful Villa Stina in the small Dalmatian town of Sukoan impresses with its Mediterranean simplicity and favourable location just 40 m from the sea. The accommodation capacity of the villa with a total area of 125 m2 is maximum 8 and optimal 6 persons. Villa Stina is built in a rustic style that represents Dalmatian stone constructions. On the ground floor of the villa there are 3 modern bedrooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a living room. In the living room there is a large sofa bed for 2 people. A food dispenser and a baby cot are also available. The kitchen and living room offer a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding Dalmatian islands. On the spacious terrace of Villa Stina, surrounded by green lawn, there is a large, heated pool measuring 32 m2 and with a depth of 1.5 metres. There are 6 sun loungers around the pool and an outdoor charcoal barbecue in the villa's courtyard. Bicycles are also available for those who want a more active holiday. There are 3 parking spaces available in the villa's fully fenced courtyard. The surroundings of Villa Stina offer a handful of interesting contents and the proximity of a pebble beach with crystal clear Adriatic Sea invites you to enjoy all the charms of summer and water sports. In Sukoan you will surely enjoy romantic walks at sunset and interesting cultural events on summer evenings. Don't miss to try some of the Dalmatian specialities in one of the traditional taverns. For example, fish specialities, seafood, risotto or brudet are just some of the top flavours that will not leave even the most demanding palate indifferent.
