Die Wohnung ist neu und schön eingerichtet aber manchmal fragt man sich hat der Vermieter dort schon mal einige Tage selber gewohnt!?Es fehlt die Begrüßungsmappe mit allen wichtigen dingen zur Wohnung . Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stockwerk hat eine schönen seitlichen Ausblick auf den Hafen oder die Flaniermeile von Sukosan .Den WLan Code mussten wir erst telefonisch von der Argencia erfragen steht unter dem Router im äußeren Gang ist ein 5G Mobil Router als wir den Code gefunden hatten war die Verbindung gut!Deutsche Fernsehprogramme haben wir vergebens gesucht aber Smart TV vorhanden hatte unseren Code nicht dabei !Die Hausmeisterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit da die kleine Straße vor der Wohnung recht gut befahren ist gibt es schon einen wuseligen Kampf Auto gehen Mensch ganz zu schweigen die Frage wo stelle ich mein Auto kostenlos ab! Kostenlos geht es gegenüber vom Hotel Joso wer ca. 10 Pro Tag bezahlen will kann gut beim Sportplatz gegenüber Parken, Die Hausmeisterin hat uns einen Privaten Parkplatz bei einem Freund in der Nähe angeboten 5 Tage 20 EUR fanden wir akzeptabel.Der Sportplatz ist jeden Abend gut besucht aber gegen 23 Uhr wird es auch da leise uns hat es nicht so gestört.Viele dinge in der Wohnung sind nicht gut gemacht sollte es im Bad muffen einfach in den Ausfluss in der Mitte des Boden Wasser gießen, einige stromführenden Dosen sind offen die Ausstattung ist sehr karg ein Topf ohne Deckel keine Topflappen große Teetassen fehlen, eine Pfanne k
