Kid free weekend

We had a great stay at Legacy Lighthouse. The property was as advertised. It was cozy, and full of amineties. You can go fishing, Kayaking, Hot tub, games, sit on the swing and enjoy the peaceful scenery. Location is wonderful, you are out in the country but just minutes from everything. The property is very well maintained, and the owners seem like they truly want you to have a great time. We would highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location while staying in Amish Country

Great place to stay. All shopping and wineries were within 5 to 15 mile radius. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our time staying here.

Amazing peaceful retreat

Our stay at the lighthouse was wonderful! The hosts were so thoughtful in their attention to detail, the architecture of the lighthouse was stunning, and the outdoor space was so relaxing. Will definitely be recommending this property our friends and family!

Anniversary Getaway

This a well located property in the middle of Amish country. Nice hot tub for relaxing in the evening and a unique structure. A little smaller than expected but was fine for the two of us. The hosts were excellent and left a nice anniversary gift for us. We enjoyed the privacy of the property.

Anniversary weekend

Our stay was absolutely peaceful. We took in some of the recommended local shoppes and eateries. This home was accurately described and cozy. A great retreat foranyone seeking a nice weekendend. The manager was very informative and his peide showed theoigh their home and communication.

Memorable and Relaxing

Staying in a lighthouse is so much fun! I wanted to stay in a place my 7 year old for a long weekend. His older brother was going on his first fishing trip to Canada with Dad so it had to be something he would remember. This hit the mark. Well appointed, close to town but secluded with great views, everything you could need. The community was beautiful with much to see and great food. The hosts were so gracious. You will not be disappointed.

Cute lighthouse

This is a really cute lighthouse. The only thing I would recommend is to be in shape because you do go up some stairs to get to the third bedroom. The only thing I wish was different was they had a little bit more privacy fence from the storage unit but other than that, it was cute and it was a perfect getaway for us

Unique spot in Amish country

Such a unique and fun experience to stay in this secluded lighthouse in Amish country! Hot tub was great and we hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy their private pond. Just a few minutes away from great Amish country stops and coffee shops—we hope to go back soon!

Legacy is the PERFECT place

For a unique experience, this property is the best place to stay in the Sugarcreek/Tuscarawas County area. The property is simply gorgeous from the drive in with the lights on the fenceline leading you in to Legacy to the setup of the hot tub, outdoor seating and everything there. Inside, the property is truly beautiful. The decor and furniture made it feel like staying at the beach. The hosts were truly wonderful and made the stay incredibly special.

Quiet getaway

This place was so beautiful !! The lighthouse was spectacular and so fun to go up all 3 floors. Sunrise and sunset gave us beautiful pictures. The pond provided some relaxing fishing. My favorite was the swing and nice beeezes throughout the hot day. Every little touch was great. They have thought of everything here. So wonderful !!

Weekend getaway.

The property was Beautiful and peaceful. The lighthouse was very nice layout and enjoyed it. The only 2 issues we had was the bed was a little hard for our liking. Need like curtains on the windows in the master bedroom. With the sun coming through the windows and blinds it was hard to sleep. Other that it was a great time!

Wonderful stay

I had the pleasure of staying at the Legacy Lighthouse in Sugarcreek, Ohio and I must say, it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a few added details for my husbands birthday from the host . The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. The accommodations were simply stunning - tastefully decorated, clean and spacious, with all the amenities and comforts one could ask for. From the very comfortable bed to the fully-equipped kitchen, every detail was thoughtfully designed for the optimal guest experience. Perhaps the most memorable part of my stay was taking in the stunning sunset from the lighthouse tower - an experience I will never forget. It was truly magical. Overall, I would highly recommend the Legacy Lighthouse to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Ohio. The warm hospitality, pristine facilities and stunning location make it the perfect choice for a wonderful stay.
