It was a nice clean motel.
Room was clean but the breakfast was very sparse with only packaged muffins and fruit cups. It looked like COVID was still in full force.
No water from sink had to use shower to get water. Tv channel changing is hard to understand. No channel guide. [ so fist channel is 66-5 with 5 channels up to 66-29 then it jumps to 71-1 ] parking lot I dont like someone blocked me in.
No elevators, wide stairs how ever. Room was clean. Hotel was dated but it was still nice and we would stay again.
The pool was "funky" smelling and not clear... need a new pool man.
Very clean. The beds were terribly uncomfortable sleeping with two people in the queen-sized bed and there weren't extra blankets or pillows in the room.

Chose this hotel based on high rating (4.2/5). Pre-paid for room on Orbitz. It was late when we checked in and front door was locked and no one behind counter to see and buzz in. Phone dangling from wall, dimly lit, hard to read what numbers are there to call anyone. While fumbling around with that - setting down all my bags to do so and getting my iPhone flashlight out - clerk finally returned and buzzed me in. Not terribly friendly. Locates my reservation almost immediately but then takes 10-15 minutes of typing and staring at her monitor before finally asking if I paid through Expedia. I told her I think I paid online via Orbitz (thinking it would speed up the checkin - joke's on me). Longest hotel check in ever especially considering there was no explanation of any problem. 2nd floor room - stairs only - which was unfortunate as we had a teenager on crutches. Room is basic. Bed extremely firm. Pillows laughable. Sheets discolored. Slept fine though. Breakfast - room temp coffee, waffle batter empty, tiny selection of pastries. So - all in all - definitely room for improvement on all fronts

Clean, comfortable with free breakfast and a great indoor pool and jacuzzi! In-room microwave and mini-fridge is perfect for families traveling with children. No elevator for 2nd floor so make sure you request a ground floor room if you have lots of luggage or anyone is handicapped. Overall, this hotel in Stuart is a good value for the money and is perfect for families who want to stretch their dollars!

Nice motel. Quiet town, but close to fast food outlets and fuel stops. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.
Upon checkin the staff could not have been any nicer. When asked about a good restaurant near by, they recommended one in the next town of Dexter and it was very good. There are fast food places near the motel but we did not want that.,
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS AMERICINN IN STUART, IA THIS YEAR. WE LIKE MOST THINGS ABOUT THIS MOTEL EXCEPT THAT IT IS A LITTLE INCONVENIENT GETTING THERE FROM THE MAIN STREET IN STUART. IT IS CLEAN, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND WE LIKE THAT THERE IS A PUBLIC COMPUTER AS WE DO NOT HAVE A LAPTOP. WE WOULD APPRECIATE HAVING A REFRIGERATOR (FOR MEDICATIONS) AND RECLINER IN THE ROOM

I apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay. I will definetly check into the sink as to why there was no water. Did you notify the front desk of this issue? Just wanted to know if you did, how it was handled. The ploblem must ahve been fixed as we have not had any other issues with this. I also am sorry someone blocked you in. We don't have problems with parking generally. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention, and again, I do apologize.
