A luxury cottage, family and pet friendly, close to Stratford Upon Avon centre

An early 1800’s cottage having been lovingly restored to provide a comfortable modern space but keeping its unique character with a patio and garden and parking for two cars. It is a 20 minute walk to Stratford upon Avon Centre with the RSC theatre, river and local attractions. The comfy beds can be set to singles or king size to accommodate all family requirements. The downstairs cloaks/utility room and large kitchen diner giving access onto the patio and garden are ideal for family gatherings. The cottage is to be found in a quiet residential road on the edge of town.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

We had a lovely stay at Wellington Cottage. The house is in a quiet area, about 15 minutes walk into Stratford-upon-Avon. It's very well equipped, lively and warm (appreciated as the weather was pretty bad!) and the beds were so cosy it was an effort to get up! We'll definitely be recommending it to friend and family.

A fantastic property. Very clean and beautifully maintained. Cosy log burner with logs etc supplied. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Well equipped kitchen. Easy parking. Lovely walk into Stratford. Tesco and Coop nearby. Excellent communication before our stay. Can’t fault a thing. We will be back.

Had an enjoyable stay , cottage was well equipped with everything we needed only thing I think that it needs is a couple of blankets handy for if it’s a little chilly.It is a good location with a 20 minute walk into town and the handy instructions for how to get to the co-op were good only a 5 minute walk. A great base to explore the local area we had good communication and help was there when we needed it, beds were also comfy. Didn’t see any thing about bins so was unable to put them out on relevant day and never see the neighbours put theirs out but we was busy so perhaps didn’t notice.Overall a great stay thank you
