The residence was lovely with a lot of character. It had a lovely wooded setting and a rafter of turkeys emerged from the woods to greet us upon arrival! The hosts were kind and interesting! They played a mean game of cards as well!

The property is lovely, spacious, beautiful and quiet. One night is not enough to take in the beauty of this place. Ilya is kind, fun and hospitable. Breakfast was delicious and filling. I was happy that the town is less than 10 minutes from the property.

This property is set in a rural quiet setting on the outskirts of Stratford and we enjoyed the setting, guest house the owners, and their friendliness made us feel at ease. The breakfasts were amazing and lots of food and choices to suit every palate.

The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The owners are inviting and friendly. We were in town for the Stratford Festival, and the house was a very reasonable distance from downtown while still feeling secluded and quiet. The food was amazing. We are definitely planning on going back!

The experience at Koch Haus B&B was top notch. We were treated like family. The information on Hotels.com site about the location need some corrections: You state that they accept VISA ONLY but that is not accurate. It is farther from the Festival Theater than you state by a few km. It certainly is fartherto Lake Huron than you indicated - which was 5 minutes. 50 minutes would be closer to the needed travel time. Angus and Nancy MacLennan
