Spiders in the room and all around the windows inside and outside, NO AIR CONDITIONING, had to be moved to another room at 3:30 am to to the excessive heat. NOT A PLEASANT place to stay, totally disappointed, never again would stay at a place like this. Horrible experience, Strasbourg France is a DUMP...
Location, location., location - it doesn't get any better than this hotel built over the river where you an hear the water flowing under the hotel. Don't get room 109 - it is directly over the noisy door to the hotel - we had to switch rooms. Minutes from amazing restaurants and ten minutes from the cathedral. What can be better than to stay on your own island.
