This cosy and stylish holiday home is located in charming Bratten, close to the white sandy beach. The tasteful and bright interior invites you to spend relaxing hours on holiday, especially in the living area. Adjacent to the living room, there is a separate area that allows children and adults to organise their time individually. Whether it's doing puzzles or cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, there's never a dull moment here.



From the living room, you can access the spacious, lovingly designed terraces, which offer sunshine from early morning until sunset. There is plenty of space for children to play and run around in the garden, whether it be ball games or other activities.



The lively commercial town of Frederikshavn, with its inviting pedestrian zone and numerous shops, is only a few minutes away by car, and the picturesque town of Skagen is also within easy reach. North Jutland offers a wide range of activities and sights. Visit the impressive travelling dune Råbjerg Mile, the eagle reserve Eagleworld or the fascinating North Sea Oceanarium. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön.

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön. Großzügig geschnitten und hell im skandinavischen Stil eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns die Lage zum Meer gefallen, der großzügige und lichtdurchflutete Wohn-, Essbereich und die vier Terrassen (in jeder Himmelsrichtung eine). Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt, der Rasen wird mittels Mähroboter mehrmals täglich kurzgehalten. Ein paar kleine Punkte, die aber nicht zum Sternabzug reichen, könnten noch verbessert werden. Angeschlagenes Geschirr sollte ausgetauscht werden. Bei CheckInn war das Haus zwar sauber, allerdings waren Kühlschrank, Backofen, AirFryer und auch das Waffeleisen ungeputzt. Hier sollte die Vermittlungsagentur nach Abreise der Gäste einmal genauer hinschauen. Betten, Matratzen, Kopfkissen, Bettdecken und das Sofa waren aber sauber und ohne Flecken! Das Outdoor-Sofa der geflochtenen Kunststoffmöbel ist allerdings kaputt und dürfte gerne noch ausgetauscht werden. Wir würden das Haus aber auf alle Fälle wieder buchen! :-)

Spielgeräten (Fussballtor, Schaukel, Rutsche, Spielhaus, Sandkasten uvm), dazu mehrere Terrassen mit kompletter Möblierung.Schön ist auch der Shortcut aus dem Garten hinaus über kleine Pfade zum Strand, der in kurzer Zeit fast ohne Straßen erreicht werden kann.Einziger Makel waren die Kissen, die könnten mal ersetzt werden (durchgelegen u.gelb), daher minimaler Punktabzug bei "Komfort".Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!
