Due to construction, the F and G building parking lot, the lot will be closed for the winter season.
Key Details for Renters:
-Parking is not allowed, but vehicles may load and unload in the lot.
-Lighted stairs will be installed to improve access between the units and the resort entrance.

- IMPORTANT: *Water Disclosure:
The EPA and State of Vermont have issued a “Do Not Drink” order for tap water at Mountainside Resort. Tap water should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any consumptive use. It is safe for bathing, showering, and washing clothes.
Bottled water is available daily at the pool center from 9 AM to 9 PM, and this unit is also supplied with a water cooler for guest use. Mountainside Resort is actively working on installing the necessary filtration system to resolve the issue.



* Please be advised, Stowe is a mountain town and conditions can change rapidly. We always recommend snow tires or four wheel drive around town in the winter months.


*Amenity Update – Temporary Pool Building Closure
Please note that the Pool Building, including the Fitness Center, will be closed from November 13–20, 2025 for the installation of a brand-new hot tub. During this time, there will be construction activity around the area, and access will not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding as this exciting upgrade is completed — the new hot tub will be ready for guests to enjoy starting November 20, 2025!
