Located in a very quiet rural area. Half a block from the river that connects to Sacramento. Fishing, jet skiing and boating activities available at the River. Easy walk to downtown and neighboring Locke District. Easy drive to Sky River Casino in Elk Grove. Enjoy farmlands and old houses scene as in a Hollywood movies. (more pictures to come)
