They charged my for my cat but I didn't receive anything for it. When I pay for the room I received clean sheet, toiletries, breakfast but for this charge I have nothing. I have been in other hotels "pet friendly" without this charge.

Fab hotel!

Stayed here when visiting Stockholm to attend a Taylor Swift Concert at the Friends Arena. Great walkable location from arena & Mall of Scandinavia, comfy beds, friendly staff - would definitely recommend!

Staff are very friendly and helpful although there's no daily room service/cleaning, etc or signage to request service. Hotel is conveniently located near bus stop into town and airport shuttle.

The best thing about our stay was without a doubt the friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Stockholm!

Good hotel overall and very close to Stockholm

In general, hotel is good. We noticed that there is no safe box in the room, but in the description it was saying that it should be. Restaurant was closed during the New Year period of time (from Dec 26th till January 6th) and it was a surprise for us. We went to a closest hotel Hotel Winery for a dinner. When we asked at the reception to clean the room, we have got only the towels changed. No cleaning was done at all. May be it was only our not positive experience with cleaning, but thi s is what I have to mention.
