Arrived nearly 9 pm found the hotel warm welcoming, simple in style but very comfortable. The restaurant was open till 10 great news. The food was good, nice beer & wine. Breakfast had a great selection of choice hot or cold. Very nice, the porridge is made with water not milk so not my favourite!. Otherwise everything very good. Good Wi-fi and great comfortable bed.. Little bit of traffic noise on front & trams at back but not really noticeable when asleep..

I had great expectations because of what others have told me but after 3 nights my conclusion was ‘disappointing’. The room I had on the 5th floor was small but nice with a good bed. Nevertheless the first night I went to bed early (21h) due to traveling and my room was located on the 5th floor. Every now and then I woke up because of loud noise of a plane that was flying over very closely to the airport of Bromma. This ended around 22h and started again around 7h. Apart from this there was loud noise coming from the 6th floor where they had the gym and wellness (untill 23h), where you heard people walking, weigths falling on the ground and even music. When I came back to the hotel on the 3rd day I saw my room wasn’t tidied at all and my dirty towels were still where I left them in the morning and my dirty coffee mock stood still where I left him. The restaurant in the hotel must be paid seperately from the hotel bill, so not on your hotel room, but must admit the food tasted very nice. The staff could be more paying attention to it’s customers as we needed reach out to them actively if we wanted something else to drink, where I have always learned that related to drinks that’s where you can earn extra money for your restaurant. Conclusion; don’t stay on the 5th floor (wellness) and sleep between 22h and 7h (planes), which makes your stay more confortable. The other things could just be bad luck this time.

I was trying to find a hotel near Gamla Stan, but all the reasonable hotels were not available for some reasons. Anyway, I arrived at Stockholm at around 5 pm, so I enjoyed using the gym and sauna on my first day. The hotel is located just in front of the Voltavagen stop, where the airport bus and local bus stop, and the next stop is Brommaplan, where you can take metro directly to T-Centralen and Gamla Stan. It takes about 40 minutes to reach Gamla Stan, but I enjoyed using the gym and sauna.

Close to Bromma airport and with around15 min to central town by bus, this is a god choice for your staying in Stockholm Free parking for your car,big breakfasttable, comfortable beds and with restaurant belonging to the hotel it is a perfect place for taking tours to Hagaparken and Drottningholm

Comfortable bed, clean room, excelent breakfast. The location is not that great because it's a little far away from city center, but I already knew that before arriving. There are three bus stations right neae the hotel, so you have easy access anywhere in the city.

Staying for one night in hotel, personal promoted me a family room instead of regular single, room was big and clean, but somehow it was cold in the room, even when heater was on high position. Tea and coffee with kettle included. Breakfast is very good with big choice of cereal, beacon, scramble eggs and boiled eggs. Parking is a small and always busy, so need to park across the street. staying next time for sure.

Very cosy hotel and absolutely worth of price! Good breakfast. Quiet. Clean. Own fitness place. Minuspoint: Very soft bed, I didn't like. Parking place was quite small and full when we did arrive. Friendly welcome.

Its very comfortable and warm place. I like this hotel especially because breakfast here is so delicious and tasty. Moreover interior of this hotel very original. There is now reception here and elevator looks like elevator on ski resort with beautiful picture inside.

This is a chain of cute boutique hotels which has comfortable and "homey" rooms. The room we stayed in was rather large and had a full-sized window that opened. They had a cute freight-style elevator and an amazingly large workout facility. They have sporting equipment for rent (skis, snowshoes, rock-climbing, kayaking, etc.) and there is a rock climbing wall on the front of the building. We had dinner in the restaurant (stuffed cannelloni and ceasar salads, and a wonderful array of freshly baked breads) and it was really good. The "included breakfast buffet" greatly exceeded our expectations. They had everything from eggs, sausage, and bacon to yogurt and wonderful grains and fruits to put into it. The coffee was also wonderful :-) We went on Christmas night and they were understaffed that night so it's understandable that service may have been a bit slower than usual. The "Reception Desk" is a laptop on a reclaimed wood table - casual, but really cool and trendy. I wish they had this chain in the US, I would stay here all the time when I travel for work.

We stayed once more for a few nights after a visit last November, and were again disappointed. In our opinion, the hotel was worth four stars a couple of years ago - this is sadly no longer true. Unhealthy kitchen: Kitchen staff were cutting fresh fruit and veg for breakfast without gloves; tables were not wiped in between guests Poor restaurant management: supply of plates and food items were not refreshed; unsightly butter dish; slight mould taste in musli; yoghurt was empty and the alternatives were not even chilled. Poor security: Nobody on reception on several occasions, anyone can enter the hotel without surveillance. Poor service: Rang three times from the room telephone to reception in order to remedy a fault in the room, no answer after waiting five minutes; slow and ineffective checkin process Room: Generally poorly lit; drain smell in bathroom; only one teacup in a double room; ceiling lamp faulty and only worked occasionally. Reception: This can hardly be called a "Reception", a wooden table with a laptop and a printer in a back room; the professionalism of personnel varied throughout the day.
