It takes only 5 minutes to get the Helenelund train station from the apartment. We are very conveniently located between Stockhom city and Arlanda airport.

It takes just 12 min with train from Helenelund station to the T-Centralen - Stockholm City Centre and which is also 1 stop away from Gamla Stan (the old city); and only it takes 25 min from Arlanda Airport to the Helenelund station. And only 20 minutes with car to the Arlanda airport from the apartment.

Kista business centre is also 10 minutes’ walk & Mall of Scandinavia, Stinsen and Sollentuna Centrum are very near to the apartment.

Two Flats in One

This 3-bedroom flat is actually two flats in the same house. The upstairs flat has two bedrooms, the dining room table and cookware, and most of the silverware. The downstairs flat has one bedroom, the washer and dryer, and the good couch to hang out on. We wished that the two flats were connected and we didn't have to go outside to go between them. But overall, the flats were clean and warm and it was close to the train station. So, we were still happy to have stayed there.

Enttäuschend!

Der erste Gedanke bei unserer Ankunft abends war "schrecklich", wir hatten vor nur eine Nacht zu bleiben und am nächsten Tag wieder abzureisen. Das Gebäude besteht aus insgesamt 4 Wohnungen. Wir hatten die Wohnungen 2 und 3. Die Wohnung 2 war im Obergeschoss, wobei die Toilette sich im Erdgeschoss befindet. Sie bestand aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Einzelzimmer und einer Küche mit einem Esstisch. Die Betten waren leider komplett durchgelegen, die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr mangelhaft und das Mobilar war sehr lieblos. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Fenster nicht wirklich geöffnet werden können. Teilweise sind Kabel freiliegend in der Wohnung vorhanden. Die Wohnung 3 befindet sich im Untergeschoss und verfügt über kaum Tageslicht, zudem sind nicht alle Lichtschalter funktionsfähig. Die Küche ist nahezu gar nicht ausgestattet, kochen ist damit unserer Meinung nach nicht möglich. Das größte Problem ist, dass es keine Lüftungsmöglichkeiten gibt. Das einzige Fenster, über welches man frische Luft in die Wohnung bekommen könnte, ist mit einem Schloss verschlossen. Man hat in der ganzen Wohnung das Gefühl, dass ein "Heimhandwerker" am Werk war, auf dem Fenster sind Farbreste. Um das ganze Haus befindet sich Unrat, Müll und Bauschutt. Positiv ist die gute Lage mit naher Bahnstation und Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Fazit: Die im Internet dargestellten Bilder und die Beschreibung der Wohnung entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wir kommen nicht wieder.

Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut

Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr gut ausgerüstet. Die Verdunkelung ist leider an mehreren Fenstern defekt. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Leider sind die Stühle beim Sitzplatz defekt, es gibt auch keinen Sonnenschirm. Es gibt nur 2 Stühle welche man brauchen kann. Waschmaschine und Tumbler ist vorhanden. Es war nicht ersichtlich dass die 3 Zimmer-Wohnung eigentlich aus zwei Wohnungen besteht. Es gibt 2 Eingänge und das 2 und 3. Zimmer ist nur durch einen separaten Eingang zugänglich. Elektroanschlüsse sind nicht fertig.
