Excellent customer service. Initially I was not used to this no-frill place. Day 2 I begin to enjoy and experience their sustainability seriousness to protect earth. Oh! the breakfast, fantastic delicious. The staff, temp or perm were so helpful and responsible. The morning I left at 4:30am, after a week’s stay I got such friendly help with luggage and offer of hot tea. Will come back the next time if I return. I recommend. S L Lim.

Terrible service

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area. It has subpar breakfast, rude service, unfriendly cleaning staff and an elevator that makes a terrible noise. The place has the vibe of a halfway abandoned building, and does not feel welcoming at all. They also advertise laundry cleaning services in their description, but none are available. A generally unpleasant experience that I would not recommend to anyone.

Loved it!

Comfortable, clean and modern accommodation with a great breakfast buffet. Huge supermarket close by. Right next to public transport - just a few stops to city centre. Perfect.

Need to reserve parking lot

Upon checking in we booked two rooms and asked reagarding the parking. The receptionist said we could’ve said it earlier because the parking lot are all reserved. And this was not in the information before booking our rooms. But the receptionist was kind enough that there is another parking lot nearby the hotel instead of parking in the streets which he said was way more expensive. Another thing was the room we were able to check in has a smell upon entering yet my friends room has no weird smell. We have changed immediately to a new room which has still a little smell but much better than the first one. The room was descent and interiors was nice. The breakfast was good European breakfast.
