Beautiful Vacation Spot

This property provided our family exactly what we needed. A beautiful beach with enough isolation to allow for full relaxation while letting our children enjoy all that the Caribbean has to offer. Our host was responsive when needed and the house met our needs for a place to rest and cook the food that we got from local grocers. The location on the island was also very nice with great access to beaches to the NW and travel to Georgetown and SE just a short drive away.

If you’re looking for the perfect beachfront getaway, this is it! The location and views are absolutely unbeatable—just slide open the doors, and boom, you’re on the beach. Morning coffee with your toes in the sand? Check. Sunset cocktails with the waves as your soundtrack? Check.The property has everything you need: beach towels, a great grill (perfect for cooking up fresh seafood), and a well-equipped kitchen. The only thing you might want to bring? Some smaller spoons—unless you enjoy feeling like you’re shoveling cereal with a ladle—and maybe some plastic drinkware for the little ones or those extra festive patio drinks. Otherwise, you’re set!Cornell is fantastic and always available to help with recommendations, making it easy to explore the island. Speaking of which, the island, the people, and the food are all incredible—you won’t want to leave!

Perfect house on the beach

Cornell the owner saved our vacation. He is a wonderful man with the perfect house on the beach. The house was clean on a quite beach with the perfect little beach front. Great kitchen to cook in, comfy loungers to spend days laying in the sun and a nice bay to keep the waters calm and warm. I can't recommend this place enough.

The beach house was perfect for our family of 4. We sat outside on the tiled patio and deck area sipping on cold drinks with the sun on our face, soft breeze in the air, and beach sand in our toes. The breathtaking views of the ocean blues were to die for. We enjoyed our walks along the ocean shore soaking up the sun, kayaking, and snorkeling right in front of the beach house. The host Cornell was right across the street and if we needed him he responded promptly. We would defiantly recommend to anyone to visit Cornell at his beach house right on the beach and spend quality time with family or friends soaking up the sun and sinking your toes in the sand.

Steps to the beach!

We had a wonderful time here. It literally is just a few steps from the deck to the turquoise ocean. We enjoyed long walks in the morning on the white sands. We enjoyed eating the local cuisine at Eva’s Place. Cornell was an exceptional host and responded in minutes if we needed him.

Worth every penny

This place was perfect. Perfect location, cleanliness, accommodations, views, etc… will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all my friends that are looking to come to the island. The ONLY negative is the couch in the family room is not very comfortable to sit on and watch tv or relax. Cornell was as pleasant as can be and did a great job making sure the place was ready on time for us.

22 steps from the water!!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4 to rest our heads!! Owner was super responsive with the AC issue we had and it was fixed within an hour!! Beach is beautiful with friendly puppies that we all fell in love with!!

My husband and I stayed for a week and did NOT want to leave. Conrad was amazing and the beach house was just as advertised. We pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves, it was paradise!

Great location and house

Absolutely love this day here. The added touch of the dogs that come by to say hello super duper good dogs🐕. We've stayed in Exuma 3 times now.This place did not fail to meet all the expectations. Even with the ten days we did not give to use the kayaks. Next time.🙂Thank you for letting us enjoy your home cornell.

10 Steps From Ocean!

Great rental. Literally 10 steps from the ocean. Short walk down the beach to the Lighthouse ice cream parlor or Big D’s Conch Shack. 7 mins to 23 North restaurant at Grand Isle. Everything you need to have a great stay. WiFi was fast enough for Zoom calls and streaming Netflix. Host was easy to work with and call if anything was needed. We will stay here again. Property is as advertised.

Relaxing vacation in a perfect home!

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary at this beautiful home. The view is absolutely breathtaking and Cornell is an amazing host. We enjoyed the snorkeling gear, kayaks, hammock, and grill that were included. Cornell is great to communicate with and he is right there for anything you need during the stay. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the double shower with rainfall shower head and sprayer. The kitchen was furnished with all necessities! WiFi worked great too and we enjoyed watching streaming services. It was perfect and he has thought of everything you might need while there! We will be back!!!

Fantastic Property

This property is beyond amazing. Right on the beach and with spectacular water. Owner was readily available if needed and very responsive to any questions or needs. The fully equipped kitchen made making breakfast a breeze. My only complaint was that we didn't get to saty for longer! We will DEFINITELY stay here the next time we visit Exuma.

Perfect quiet house on the beach!

This house was amazing! Very modern, clean house directly on the beach. House was just as pictures show. Walk about 1 min on the beach to Big Ds conch spot, great place! Cornell was very helpful and a great dude! Highly recommend

Great beachfront

The house was as shown has everything you need. it was clean and was very comfortable for us. Cornell was great. He picked up some things for us before arriving met us at the house on arrival. Paradise on Earth

This property was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. The location was excellent. We were right on the beach and enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. Cornell was very accommodating and we thank him for letting us stay in his beautiful home. We will definitely be back.

Cottage was beautiful, everything that is needed is present. Beautiful clean beach literally a step from the patio deck,amazing Caribbean turquoise ocean 30 feet from cottage. Cottage has all brand new appliances,kitchen,bathroom,furnishings. Cornell was an absolute gentleman to deal with an communicate with. Will definitely stay again at “Cornell’s place”
