Our coffee pot was dirty tried to warm water for tea and it can out with coffee grounds. Conditioner dispenser did not work. Breakfast was great and so was the parking along with feeling safe when walking to our vehicle. Pool water was cold.

Staff were very pleasant, accomodating any requests we had. Loved the room darkening curtains, especially with the bright security lighting right above our windows. No problems with the TV, in-room jacuzzi, or fireplace in the roomy K-suite. Only complaint would be the overstuffed bed pillows that were uncomfortable as they did not conform to your head or neck.

Second time staying here. Rooms are very clean, bathroom spotless. Whirlpool tub as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast ready by 6 am. Very good value, we will stay here whenever in the area.

King Suite had plenty of room was very clean and both in room jetted tub and shower had ample hot water and pressure. Towels were soft and absorbent and in shower toiletries were nice. Breakfast had waffle griddle (yum!) and egg / meat options each day. Pool looked nice as well. Staffers were very welcoming. Try it, you’ll like it!
