The room was comfortable. There was some mold in the shower and behind the toilet. The cold was would also make a crazy loud sound when we turned it on, and it would lose pressure and sometimes stop.

Breakfast was healthy enough with several options to chose from. Th staff are very friendly and helpful. We had stayed here before and I was surprised the desk clerk remembered me. All in all this is our go to place everytime we are in the area. My husband is disabled and they accommodated him with all his needs. Great place and reasonably priced.

Upset. I’m local to where this hotel is. Booked the hotel for the night as Reno’s was being done to my house. Booked thru this site. When arriving to this hotel to find out they allow local people to book rooms and to find somewhere else to stay. Front counter person was very rude.

Not a bad stay but was slightly frustrating. I am not sure why some of the options for "upgrades" are even listed on the website when realistically they're not actually available. You don't realize you didn't get it until you get there. . . I inquired about a dog staying with us before when I initially was booking the room. I was told by the online agent that the pet staying with us wasn't going to be an issue because it is at some hotels. I had asked if there was an added fee because sometimes its a hard no pet rule or an added fee and rightfully - ish so. When when I got to the counter, I was told its an extra fifteen dollars to check a pet in with us, after receiving this messaging from their customer support line ahead of time. Super confusing and misleading. I'll pay your $15 dollars but some consistency across the board would be ideal. Booking a room for four, 2 towels in the room. Asked for more and was told to visit the desk to get more.

Nice and clean well supplied quiet with a pizza joint and lounge nextdoor. Simple breakfast with juice, yogurt, instant oats, toast cereal, hard boiled eggs and good coffee. Fine place for an overnight stay.
