Communication was great. We enjoyed our stay. There were several breakables that made me a little nervous because they looked antique. I will keep this property on my list of places to stay.

This property was the perfect home away from home. Cozy and comfortable furnishings, new appliances, a fully stocked kitchen, (which was a real treat), and was immaculately clean. The courtyard is breathtaking. It's tucked away in a nice quiet location. It was perfect for us. We look forward to visiting again real soon.

Perfect accommodations for our trip

The property was exactly as advertised and then some. It was immaculately appointed, with plenty of space for lounging, eating and sleeping. Unlike many Vrbo properties at which I’ve stayed, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are high quality, and there was every appliance and basic pantry item you could ever need - more like being in my own home than a rental. Really enjoyed morning coffee in the courtyard. Conveniently located to restaurants and TSU (I was there with my daughter who was attending a sports camp at TSU). If I ever find myself back in the area I will definitely stay here! Highly recommend!!!!

Loved this charming home in the country. The host was very gracious and welcoming. Location was ideal, close to all activities in Stephenville. All new high-end appliances. It was wonderful to be able to cook when we wanted to, as well as do laundry. It has new FiOS Internet and a large Roku TV in the living room and bedroom. Loved the well appointed furnishings and decor. This home has fully stocked cupboards with pantry items, dishes, silverware, all cooking utensils, and pots and pans . Would definitely like to stay here again whenever we return to Stephenville.

We appreciated how clean and pet friendly the home was, those are always top priorities for us.The house felt very lived‑in, with personal belongings and family photos throughout, which gave us the sense of stepping into someone’s private space rather than a typical guest‑ready rental. The smaller bedroom is currently used for storage, and behind the curtain was an electric setup that activates unexpectedly making sleeping in that room challenging. With a few changes, this could be a wonderful stay, but guests may want to know these details ahead of time.
