Hmmm. Just ok

Great staff and a very friendly reception at check in. This hotel is absolutely fine but getting a little old and tired. In need of a bit of a make over and TLC. We would probably stay again but only because there are limited other options. Definitely better than the Best Western Plus in Stephenville where we previously stayed, but only just.

Smelled terrible, room was older and not in very good shape, bed was not comfortable, ac didn’t cool the room very well at all. The AC in the building was out, making the pool area ridiculous hot, couldn’t even use the pool. The hall way snelled like vomit.

There was a notice posted that the rooms were serviced every other day so I wasn’t expecting service the second day, but on the third day our room was apparently missed. When I brought it to the front desk’s attention they said the cleaning staff was gone and there was nothing they could do. This would not have been such an issue except there was one small trash can so after two days it was overflowing, we were out of cups, and the conditioner for the shower was empty. The front desk staff was polite and helpful but couldn’t address the cleaning issues. Also not a convenient location - nothing nearby.
