Newly renovated, modern and bright 62 m² holiday apartment with a fully equipped kitchen-living room (coffee machine including coffee and filters, spices, vinegar and oil, microwave, toaster and dishwasher). The apartment is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful living room with leather sofa as well as two bedrooms with box spring beds. The bathroom features underfloor heating and a walk-in shower. Internet and TV are available, as well as a private parking space directly in front of the apartment. A large, cozy garden with barbecue and loungers invites you to relax. Four bicycles are available to you free of charge; additionally, two mountain bikes can be used for an extra fee. Nearby you will find the idyllic Steißlinger See as well as a butcher, bakery, pharmacy and restaurants.
