Bo'SeeAnNa II: DG maisonette holiday apartment: winding and cozy (43sqm)
This lovingly created gem, a restored and converted farmhouse from 1841, is located near the Untersee on the edge of the Höri. Only about 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes by bike from the lake (Moos), close to the border with Switzerland, well connected to public transport, the lively town with its approximately 1,940 inhabitants nestles in the volcanic and castle landscape of the Hegau. Die Unterkunft Bo'SeeAnNa II extends from the 2nd floor in the attic to the cozy roof peak. In keeping with the age of the building, relatively steep stairs lead up from the ground floor (unfortunately, barrier-free access is not possible).. The apartment entrance leads into a spacious open living room with an integrated kitchen, which is furnished with a comfortable dining area, a large TV and a sofa bed. Here you can access the small balcony. When the weather is nice you can see the Hohentwiel. You have a mostly clear view of the Galgenberg with its "viewing leaf shape" to the side (from there you have a view of the lake). In the cozy, nooky bedroom you can also let your gaze wander over the vineyard with the skylight open. Next to the kitchen is the modern bathroom with integrated open beams, which characterizes the style of the entire living unit. An open wooden staircase leads to the attic. The apartment has two double beds (1x in the bedroom + 1x in the open attic) and a small sofa bed in the open dining/living area.
The apartment can be comfortably used by up to 4 people. With 5 people, the living/dining area becomes very cramped due to the use of the sofa bed. We recommend a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
The city of Singen charges a tourist tax of €2 per day per person (children under 15 are free) and this must be paid in advance (on the day of arrival at the latest) at the accommodation. You will receive a guest card for this. In addition to free use of public transport, the card includes both free and reduced admission to lidos and museums, rental fees for bicycles or boats and much more.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Unser Aufenthalt in der Dorfstraße 71 war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, und die Luft frisch und sauber.Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und gab uns Tipps zur Umgebung. Die Kommunikation war gut. Im Treppenhaus steht sogar ein Ständer mit allen möglichen Infos zur Umgebung zur Verfügung.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter.

Sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Übergabe hat prima funktioniert, Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Super Lage um wandern zu gehen. Egal ob flach am See oder bergig, alles prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder.

Schön renoviertes Fachwerkhaus
Der urtümliche Charakter der Hauses blieb bei der liebevollen und modernen Renovierung der Wohnung erhalten. Sehr gemütlich bei moderner Einrichtung (Küche, Bad, TV, WiFi). Viele Möglichkeiten für Touren zu Fuß mit dem Rad oder per Schiff in der Umgebung. Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im kleinen Ort, sehr guter ÖPNV in der Toruistepauschale enthalten. Sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die allen Wünschen entgegenkamen. Würden sofort wieder hinfahren.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemühtlich. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönnen Blick auf die Berge. Andreas und Nadine sind sehr freundlich und nett.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall diese Wohnung empfehlen.
