Upstairs are two large en-suites along with the third bedroom/bunkhouse accessible from the back porch area. The master bedroom features a king bed, large closet and bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, large closet and bath with walk-in ceramic shower along with a dedicated work space. Up a short set of stairs off the back screened porch is the third bedroom/bunkhouse which contains two full beds and two twins for your extra company along with a half bath. Children love this area! This home is equipped with 1Gig Fiber Internet with Wi-Fi for all of your connected devices. In addition, all rooms offer smart TVs with complimentary YouTubeTV. There is a full size washer/dryer for your convenience, along with a pack-and-play for any small ones that may be joining you. Sit and relax on any of the four porches offered with this cottage or the private courtyard featuring a dining table/chairs/umbrella and charcoal grill. This cottage is non-smoking. Dog-friendly allowing two dogs, up to 50 pounds each.
