It was good over all, I just missed a couple of things no dish rag, no dust pan, pots and pans are the nonstick which I don’t use and needed to Be replaced… sheets was very old… needs to be updated, only 1 tv was a smart tv, the vacuum smelled like dog… had to quickly put it up! Air would not go down below 72 that’s hot there… Yard and around pool was not kept up, the house needs to be sprayed for bugs and bees outside around the pool. The walk way to the pool looked like they left the rug up and just threw it over the side, left the pool brush on the steps… But The pool was clean, but I never saw the front.. their building condos too close …the grill that was there we could not use… (no grill) but one thing we enjoyed it and made it …. I hope we left It cleaner than we started FYI .. I would want to know all these things but maybe I’m to picky!!

We arrived at 3:55pm, at the exact same time we received the text with the door code. The house is huge, plenty of room. Great location. We had 9 in our party, 3 of which were kids. Each couple had their own room and the kids shared a big bedroom with 3 beds. Air worked well and the pool was nice. There were plenty of towels. The house was really nice and beds were comfortable. BUT, be sure to bring toilet paper and garbage bags. No spares are provided. Direct TV worked on 2 TVs but not on the third. The online picture of the outside of the house should be updated since there are now condos in the front yard. Sliding glass door needs some work for security. And, we should not have had to do the chores like stripping the beds and gathering the towels to be washed. I feel like that was paid for in the price and the fees that were added.
